Indeed, the wispy clouds above the solid geometry of the building make for nice contrast. As "Lily Hydrangea" wrote, it is a moody image - and "Louis" likes it!
For some reason I think of a ferry boat when I first look at this shot and would never guess it was taken in the city. It looks like a dark and stormy night on the water - I know I am strange - but come on ya love me I know;0
