Boots

This is a photo I took of my grandfather's black boots one time when he was sitting down in my patio. My grandfather has worn those black boots for as long as I can remember, even since I was a kid, but they never seem to age a day.

They must be well taken care of :)

Great composition on this shot.....it balances the tones quite nicely!

I recognized whose feet they were just by the way they were positioned - so cool Arnold that you captured the man in such a telling way. I remember him putting CJ in those boots when he was a little guy. I don't know if Josie ever made it into them.
Good memories.

Man, I never realized that those boots never seem worn or hurt, they're stuck in time.

By the way, Arnold...would you mind if I add you to my sidebar? I get so much joy from seeing your wonderful images. Your blog is a delight.

at first glance it looks like two people, because of the direction of each boot... and the chair foot adds so much, the strength of each...meant to hold something up. Nice text with it.

I would love it if you were to add me to your side bar as I will with you. You don't even need to ask. :-)
